This contract opportunity focuses on pediatric and early childhood populations, assisting children with communication needs that range from moderate to profound. Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one prior to start date
  • Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations, especially early childhood or elementary-aged students
  • Strong diagnostic and therapy skills for a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school policies
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports as required
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educators and caregivers to support student success
  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of your caseload
