Right at Home is seeking reliable Certified Nursing Assistants to support seniors and adults in their homes. This opportunity is ideal for a CNA who values personalized care, dependable scheduling, client dignity, and strong communication with clients, families, and the care team.
What You’ll Do
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene, within the approved plan of care.
Support safe transfers, walking, positioning, and use of mobility equipment.
Provide meal preparation, hydration support, companionship, and light housekeeping.
Provide medication reminders within the role’s permitted scope.
Observe and promptly report changes in a client’s condition.
Document completed services accurately and communicate professionally with the care team.
Follow safety, infection-control, privacy, and agency procedures.
Provide transportation or accompaniment to errands and appointments when needed.
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of CNA or related direct-care experience is preferred.
Current CNA certification in good standing, where required for the assignment.
Reliable attendance, respectful bedside manner, and strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow a care plan and recognize when a change should be reported.
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
Negative TB test or clear chest X-ray and successful background check required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
