 RN – Outpatient Surgery (Pre/Post Op) Santa Rosa, California | 8-Hour Day Shifts We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Surgery RN to provide pre-operative, post-operative, and Phase 1 recovery care for surgical patients in an acute-care hospital setting. Key Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Provide pre-op, post-op, and Phase 1 recovery nursing care.</li>
<li>Assess and monitor patients before and after procedures.</li>
<li>Provide appropriate nursing interventions and ensure patient safety.</li>
<li>Coordinate with physicians, patients, families, and the surgical team.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow nursing standards.</li>
</ul>
Requirements 
<ul>
<li>Active California RN license.</li>
<li>Graduate of an accredited nursing program.</li>
<li>BLS, ACLS, and PALS – AHA required.</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.</li>
<li>At least 1 year of recent Outpatient Surgery RN experience in an acute-care hospital.</li>
<li>At least 1 year of recent Phase 1 recovery/PACU experience.</li>
<li>CNOR, CPAN, TNCC, or relevant surgical-services certifications are preferred.</li>
