Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 36 Hours/Week | Weekends Required | No Call | No Block Scheduling

Pay Rate
Local: $2,001 – $2,104/week
Traveler: $2,150 – $2,203/week

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery/LDRP RN to provide comprehensive care across labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn services.

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Labor & Delivery/LDRP experience required.
Seasoned traveler experience required.
Experience in an LDRP/OB setting.
Experience caring for patients across labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care.
Epic experience.
Ability to work night shifts and required weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care throughout the labor and delivery process.
Perform OB triage and assess patients.
Care for patients during labor and delivery.
Provide recovery and postpartum care.
Provide newborn care.
Float between units as needed.
Manage varying patient ratios from 1:1 to 1:6.
Document patient care accurately using Epic.
Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Follow hospital policies and patient-safety standards.
