Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.
• Assist in food prep as needed to support kitchen staff.
• Sort and stack clean dishes for easy access by kitchen staff.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with health regulations.
• Monitor and replenish dishwashing supplies as necessary.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
