We are seeking a Barista and Juicer to prepare espresso-based drinks, specialty coffee, fresh juices, smoothies, coffee, and light refreshments. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role provides friendly counter service while maintaining beverage quality, food safety, cleanliness, and an appealing product display.
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, specialty coffee, fresh juices, smoothies, and light refreshments.
- Blend juices and prepare beverages according to service standards.
- Take customer orders and provide efficient counter service.
- Handle cash and process point-of-sale transactions accurately.
- Deliver attentive customer service and respond to customer needs.
- Follow food-safety practices and maintain a clean work area.
- Clean and maintain beverage-preparation equipment.
- Monitor stock levels and merchandise product displays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in beverage service.
- Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and juice preparation.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
- Strong customer-service skills and attention to detail.
