The face and voice of a company, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.

Hours are 9-6pm

Hour Lunch

Key Responsibilities

Visitor Management: Greet and welcome guests, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while taking accurate messages or responding to inquiries.
Correspondence: Sort, log, and distribute daily mail, packages, and deliveries to staff.
Administrative Support: Assist with copying, faxing, filing, updating calendars, and preparing meeting spaces.
Office Coordination: Maintain the tidiness of the reception area and order necessary office supplies and stationery.
