Join a mission-driven medical group in the Greater Sacramento area as a full-time or part-time Hybrid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This position offers a structured blend of in-person clinic care and remote telemedicine services, allowing flexibility while maintaining continuity of care within an established outpatient setting. You will be part of a collaborative, patient-centered team delivering high-quality primary care without nights, weekends, call, or panel management responsibilities.

Highly competitive base salary range: $155,000 – $185,000

Position Expectations
-
Experience in an FQHC or community health outpatient clinic strongly preferred
-
Comfort managing approximately 3 patients per hour (20-minute visits), including designated administrative time

Ability to complete documentation within 72 hours

Proficiency managing EMR workflows, including in-basket responsibilities (patient messages, lab review, medication refills, and follow-up care coordination)

EPIC EMR experience highly preferred

Comfort delivering both in-person and telemedicine care

Commitment to culturally responsive care in a diverse, multilingual patient population

Bilingual skills (Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, Spanish, or other languages) highly valued
Requirements

Active California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license

1–2 years of outpatient primary care experience preferred

Strong communication, efficiency, and team-based care skills

Comfortable practicing within a structured productivity-based outpatient environment
