Join a mission-driven medical group in the Greater Sacramento area as a full-time or part-time Hybrid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This position offers a structured blend of in-person clinic care and remote telemedicine services, allowing flexibility while maintaining continuity of care within an established outpatient setting. You will be part of a collaborative, patient-centered team delivering high-quality primary care without nights, weekends, call, or panel management responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Highly competitive base salary range: $155,000 – $185,000

  • Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling

Position Expectations

  • Experience in an FQHC or community health outpatient clinic strongly preferred

  • Comfort managing approximately 3 patients per hour (20-minute visits), including designated administrative time

  • Ability to complete documentation within 72 hours

  • Proficiency managing EMR workflows, including in-basket responsibilities (patient messages, lab review, medication refills, and follow-up care coordination)

  • EPIC EMR experience highly preferred

  • Comfort delivering both in-person and telemedicine care

  • Commitment to culturally responsive care in a diverse, multilingual patient population

  • Bilingual skills (Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, Spanish, or other languages) highly valued

Requirements

  • Active California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license

  • 1–2 years of outpatient primary care experience preferred

  • Strong communication, efficiency, and team-based care skills

  • Comfortable practicing within a structured productivity-based outpatient environment
