The role - Employment Litigation Attorney
\n
- \n
- Manage a plaintiff employment docket end-to-end (intake, strategy, discovery, motion practice, mediations, trial prep/trial).
- Areas of practice: Wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage & hour class actions
- Take and defend depositions (fact & expert); draft and argue substantive motions.
- Collaborate closely with the principal; help move files decisively and deliver results for clients.

Requirements
\n
- \n
- 8–10+ years plaintiff employment litigation preferred; will consider 5+ years if you can independently run multiple cases cradle-to-grave.
- Strong depos, brief-writing, and courtroom skills; trial experience ideal.
- California bar; business-development mindset a plus (and rewarded).
