The Manufacturing Assembler plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process by assembling components and products according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow assembly instructions accurately to ensure high-quality output and efficient production flow.
Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Schedule: 1st shift. MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK OT AND SATURDAYS.
Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components according to work orders and assembly instructions
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Operate hand tools and machinery used in the assembly process
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Report any issues or discrepancies encountered during assembly
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies consistently
Requirements:
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Must pass a background check
- Must be eligible for and complete E-Verify
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
