Job Description

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Rosamond, California for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an SLP who prefers an onsite school-based setting, with flexibility for a temporary virtual arrangement during the transition into the position.

Job Details:

Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Rosamond, CA
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: June 10, 2027
Full-Time
37.5 hours per week
Middle school caseload
Onsite preferred
Onsite, school-based position
Contract position with potential for renewal based on performance
Pay rate: $45-52/ hour

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
Active California SLP license required
Active ASHA license/CCC-SLP required
Previous school-based experience is preferred, but not required
Strong communication, collaboration, case management, and documentation skills
