Key Responsibilities for the Senior HR Generalist:

\n

    \n
  • Partner with management on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
    \n • Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
    \n • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
    \n • Administer HR programs, including benefits, training, and employee development.
    \n • Investigate and resolve employee concerns, workplace issues, and policy violations.
    \n • Maintain HR records, reporting, and HRIS data accuracy.

Qualifications for the Senior HR Generalist:

\n

    \n
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    \n • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
    \n • Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments preferred.
    \n • Strong knowledge of California employment law and HR compliance requirements.
    \n • Experience with employee relations, recruiting, and performance management.
    \n • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
