Were an established organic caf in Hermosa Beach known for our seed-oil-free, from-scratch menu made with high-quality organic ingredients. Were looking for a Kitchen Lead who takes pride in real food and can help lead a small, focused kitchen team.

This role is ideal for someone who has solid kitchen experience and is ready to step into a leadership role, maintain standards, and help guide service with calm, steady energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team during service and set the tone for the shift
  
  
• Ensure consistency and quality of scratch-made menu items
  
  
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient kitchen
  
  
• Support prep, service, and daily kitchen operations
  
  
• Help uphold a respectful, accountable team culture
