Actively seeking a CONTRACT Legal Recruiter for a HYBRID and Contract Position (~6 Months) within a Law Firm. The right candidate will have experience in full cycle recruitment, preferably within a law firm, but must come from a professional services or corporate recruitment environment and background.

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
\n

- Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
- Strong MS Office Suite Experience; Including Excel and Word
- Prior Experience with ATS and CRM systems
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills to be able to make presentations and put together analytical reports
- Full-cycle recruitment experience is REQUIRED

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
\n
- \n
- Input and organize candidate application materials in our recruiting database, viRecruit.
- Generate and distribute viRecruit application reports on a rolling basis; maintain accurate candidate and applicant records within the recruiting system.
- Support summer associate and campus recruiting programs, including 1L events, sponsorship programs, callback interviews, offer tracking, and recruiting data.
- Prepare interview schedules, candidate materials, correspondence, reports, and recruiting-related documentation.
- Assist with offer letters and other recruiting documentation.
- Process recruiting invoices, reimbursements, and expense reports.
- Track recruiting data and assist with reports on candidates, interviews, offers, acceptances, and other metrics.
