Financial Advisor Associate – Wealth ManagementAbout the Role\n
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Financial Advisor Associate to join our wealth management practice and work closely with the lead financial advisor. This is a hands-on role supporting client relationships, financial planning, investment account administration, and the day-to-day operations of a growing advisory practice.

This position offers the opportunity to learn all aspects of wealth management and develop into a broader advisory role over time.
Key Responsibilities\n
Client Service & Relationship Management

- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide a high level of personalized service.
- Respond to client questions and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with client onboarding, account openings, transfers, beneficiary changes, distributions, and other account-related requests.
- Prepare for client meetings and assist with follow-up and implementation of recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and documentation in the firm's CRM.

Investment & Portfolio Support

- Assist the advisor with portfolio management and ongoing client account reviews.
- Monitor accounts and assist with investment-related administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports, performance information, and meeting materials.
- Assist with portfolio rebalancing, cash management, and investment implementation.
- Coordinate with custodians, investment managers, insurance companies, and other financial institutions as needed.
- Assist with account transfers and other transactions through the firm's custodian.

Financial Planning Support

- Gather and organize client financial information.
- Assist in preparing financial planning and retirement income analysis.
- Help prepare recommendations and supporting materials for client meetings.
- Assist with implementation and follow-through on financial planning strategies.

Practice Management & Administration
\n

- Manage workflow and follow-up items to ensure client requests are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate meetings, paperwork, signatures, and documentation.
- Maintain organized electronic client files and records.
- Assist with compliance-related documentation and procedures.
- Work closely with the advisor to identify opportunities to improve client service and firm efficiency.

Qualifications\n
Preferred:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or a related field.
- Familiarity with investment accounts, financial planning, or retirement planning.
- Experience with a CRM and financial-services technology.
- Series 65 or Series 7/66 is a plus, but not required depending on experience.
