Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

* $18.00 -$20.00 depending on experience

### Job Duties
* Working parts counter and assisting customers with trailer parts identification
* Provide friendly and professional customer service
* Respond to customer questions and help resolve order issues
* Assist with returns, refunds, exchanges, and other customer requests
* Enter and update product and customer information accurately
* Perform sale, order processing, and warehouse-related duties
### Requirements
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Parts counter experience is a plus
* Mechanical skills are a plus and could lead to higher compensation
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable working with point of sale and learning new systems
* Able to stay organized while handling multiple customer requests
* Friendly, patient, and professional with customers
* Self-motivated and productive
* Able to follow procedures and solve basic problems independently
* Dependable and able to work well as part of a team
* Be comfortable in open air shop setting that will expose you to slight weather elements and dust
* Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
