This position requires a vigilant, professional, and proactive individual who can ensure the safety and privacy of clients while maintaining a strong security presence.

What You'll Do:

As a Residential Security Agent, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment for high-profile clients and their properties. Your duties will include:

- Monitor and manage access to the residence, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the property.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises and utilize surveillance systems to detect and deter security threats.
- Quickly assess and respond to security breaches, suspicious activities, or emergencies, following established protocols.
- Ensure the safety and privacy of clients, their families, and guests while maintaining a professional and discreet presence.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with security team members and supervisors. Document all incidents and daily activities in detailed reports.
- Be ready to respond to medical emergencies, fire alarms, or other critical incidents as required.
- Work closely with other security personnel, household staff, and law enforcement when necessary to uphold security measures.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and situational awareness at all times.

Requirements:

- Valid CA Guard Card
- Valid CA Exposed Firearms Permit
- Prior security experience preferred
- Military or law enforcement background preferred
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Drug-free
- Highly motivated and disciplined
