We are seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to take care of our patients one on one within their home. We have both Full-time and Part-time positions available, and we currently have openings for morning, mid-day, and overnight shifts throughout the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles areas.
Pay Range: $30-$33/hr (case specific rates)

Case #1: Santa Monica - Gtube patient
Schedule: Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm | Saturday and Sunday 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
Note: Every other weekend coverage is available too
Case #2: Camarillo - Ventilator patient
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
Case #3: West Hills - Gtube patient
Schedule: Tue-Thurs 11pm-7am
Case #4: North Hollywood - Ventilator patient
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3pm
Case #5: Sherman Oaks - Gtube patient
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 7am-7pm
Case #6: Los Feliz - Gtube patient
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:30am-5:30pm
Note: Prefer a nurse experienced working w/ babies
Case #7: Alhambra - Ventilator patient
Schedule: Sun-Tues 5pm-12am
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care adhering to established protocols
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in vocational nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in subacute care environments
