💰 Compensation\n

- Weekly Base Pay: $1,040
- Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,470
- Total Weekly Compensation: $2,510/week

📋 Requirements\n
- \n
- 2+ years of Acute Care Case Management / Discharge Planning experience
- Must have acute hospital experience
- Behavioral health experience alone does not qualify
- California RN license required; pending license may be accepted if active by start date
- Seasoned traveler required
- Strong experience with:\n

- Patient assessments
- Care coordination
- Discharge planning
- Utilization review
- Admission criteria
- Prior authorizations
- DME coordination
- SNF placement
- Ambulance transportation
- Plan of care development
- Family meetings
- HMO/IPA processes

- Must be able to independently arrange DME, SNF placement, and ambulance transportation
