This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Clear Support respects your time and personal needs, offering a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM. There is no on-call work required. Key Responsibilities\n
As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Clinician, your primary duties will include:

- Conducting one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients to support their mental health and well-being.
- Facilitating open discussions around emotions and life experiences to enable clients to gain valuable insights into their behaviors and relationships.
- Advocating for clients and helping them articulate their goals for therapy.
- Assessing the mental health status of clients and developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Your clients will primarily consist of adults facing various mental health challenges, specifically those who are stable and presenting low-acuity issues. By providing assessment and treatment services remotely, you will empower them with the necessary skills to enhance their daily lives and overall mental wellness.
Qualifications\n
To qualify for this position, you must hold:

- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
- One of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Strong computer literacy skills, which will be essential for using telehealth technology to deliver effective therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
Clear Support offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, based on your experience and hours worked. In addition to salary, you will receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support your health and wellness.
