We are looking for an exceptional Technical Sourcer to partner with our Engineering lines to hire the talent responsible for developing next-generation products, automated manufacturing lines, and "the machine that builds the machine." Recruiting here is highly challenging with compressed timelines, requiring a data-driven "hunter" who thrives under pressure and ambiguity.
What You’ll Do
Pipeline Creation: Develop creative sourcing strategies and talent mapping to build a robust pipeline of qualified talent for niche engineering areas.
Req Management: Efficiently and simultaneously manage more than 20 specialized, niche engineering positions.
Data-Driven Calibration: Use hiring data to actively calibrate sourcing strategies and manage business/hiring manager expectations.
Full Evaluation: Conduct thorough screenings and behavioral interviews to assess both role and cultural fit while providing a premier candidate experience.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner seamlessly with recruiters and business leaders to provide consistent, real-time pipeline updates.
Qualifications
Experience: 2 or more years of dedicated technical sourcing or recruiting experience.
Sourcing Toolkit: Proven familiarity with advanced recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Gem, and specialized ATS platforms.
Industry Versatility: Experience sourcing across any core engineering field (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, etc.).
Adaptability: Proven capability to handle high-pressure deadlines, scale pipelines quickly, and work through fast-moving ambiguity.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
Location: Hard requirement to work 100% onsite at our Bay Area facilities (Fremont/Palo Alto).
