Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Adhere to Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and accurately document any changes.
• Engage residents through conversation and various daily activities.
• Maintain effective communication with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents experiencing memory loss.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Assistant, or in Assisted Living/Senior Care is preferred.
