Location: Livermore, CA
Pay/Salary Range: $24-$26 Work Schedule-Monday- Friday 1:00pm - 9:30pm Temporary, Onsite
Temporary Assignment 3 months but could extend with opportunities temporary to hire opportunities
We are actively seeking a Warehouse Clerk (Intermediate) to join a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution operation. In this role, you will support inventory control, material handling, shipping and receiving, and stockroom activities while helping maintain accurate inventory records and exceptional internal customer service. This opportunity is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys problem-solving, working with inventory systems, and contributing to an efficient operation. To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of warehouse, stockroom, inventory control, or material handling experience.
  • Working knowledge of MRP systems and inventory management principles.
  • Experience using computer systems for inventory transactions, recordkeeping, and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
  • Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Knowledge of FIFO inventory practices and material control processes.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming materials to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Prepare material kits and stage components to support production and operational requirements.
  • Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate records within inventory management systems.
  • Fulfill material requests and distribute inventory to internal departments and external customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock locations, and product movement throughout the warehouse.
  • Conduct daily cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliations.
  • Generate inventory reports and review stock status information to support warehouse operations.
  • Maintain organized, clean, and safe stockroom and warehouse areas.
  • Support shipping, receiving, material handling, and other cross-functional warehouse activities.
  • Assist team members with inventory-related questions and help resolve stock discrepancies.
