<li>LPN Outpatient Clinic</li>
<li>Experience: 2 years of outpatient clinic exp, with 1 year of OBGYN clinic</li>
<li>CA LVN</li>
<li>Certs: BLS &amp; IV/Blood withdraw cert</li>
<li>Special Requirements: Proficiency with blood/lab draws and venipuncture. Secondary OBGYN questionnaire required.</li>
<li>Shift: 8 hours between 0600-1800</li>
<li>Floating REQ: Yes, to other OBYN outpatient clinics</li>
