We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of providing exceptional rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of physical disabilities and injuries, developing personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including but not limited to exercise programs, manual therapy, and education
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions and education
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (PT)
• Current Physical Therapy licensure in California
