Help bring new life into the world while delivering compassionate, high-quality care to mothers and newborns. We’re seeking a dedicated Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join a leading healthcare team in Bakersfield, CA.
What You’ll Do:

Provide comprehensive nursing care for laboring mothers and newborns

Monitor fetal heart activity and maternal conditions throughout labor and delivery

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
-
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient outcomes

Educate patients and families on postpartum and newborn care
What You’ll Bring:
-
Active California RN license
-
BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certifications required
-
Acute care or Labor & Delivery experience preferred

Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills
