Now Hiring: Shipping & Receiving Clerks in San Marcos, CA! 2nd shift available!
We’re thrilled to announce exciting opportunities at a dynamic manufacturing facility in San Marcos! ArangoHRS is seeking detail-oriented and organized Shipping & Receiving Clerks to join our team.
**TRAINING PROVIDED - NO FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
This is an outstanding opportunity to become forklift certified if you're not already! We also welcome anyone with experience to apply!
Shift Schedule:
2nd Shift: 2:00PM to 10:30PM | Monday - Friday
Pay Rate:
2nd Shift: $18.38/hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborating with Quality Control to ensure incoming goods meet standards.
- Processing Production Orders for WIP parts and shipping prep.
- Tracking inventory and updating orders in JD Edwards and WMS systems.
- Preparing accurate shipping documents like invoices and packing lists.
- Loading trailers for domestic and international shipments.
- Ensuring Customs Compliance by following C-TPAT procedures.
- Performing daily equipment checks and operating forklifts/pallet jacks.
- Being flexible and ready to work overtime when needed.
