Requirements\n
- \n
- Active California RN license
- 2+ years RN experience with at least 1 year NICU experience
- Level III NICU experience – HARD STOP
- Community hospital experience
- Epic experience
- BLS/BCLS
- NRP required; NRP Advanced preferred
- PALS required per assignment details
- Comfortable with 1:2–3 ratios
- Previous travel experience preferred

Unit Details\n
14-bed Level III NICU with approximately 190 births/month. Patient population includes extremely premature and critically ill neonates. Ratios may reach 1:3 based on acuity.
\n
May float to Mother/Baby for neonatal care as needed. Every-other-weekend requirement; weekends may increase based on unit needs. No block scheduling.
