The ideal candidate has strong expertise in HR operations and leadership, utilizing tools like Paycom and Excel to optimize processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition and recruitment efforts
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Oversee performance management and employee development programs
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with regulations
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Monitor HR compliance and maintain accurate HR reporting
- Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives
- MUST KNOW Paycom and Excel for HR data management and analysis
- Designate roles and responsibilities within the HR team
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in human resources
