LEASING AGENT NEEDED FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE!We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and professional Leasing Agent to assist us with leasing at our properties.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting prospective tenants.
- Conduct property tours and answering inquiries.
- Assist applicants with the Leasing process.
- Process applications, Prepare lease agreements and update property listings.
Qualifications:
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish.
- NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY/ We will train the right candidates.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong people skills.
