FULL-TIME DEALERSHIP OPERATIONS ASSISTANT / LOT PORTER

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking person to help with the day-to-day operations of our used car dealership.

This is a hands-on position. We need someone who can run errands, move vehicles, pick up parts, coordinate repairs, keep the lot organized, and help wherever needed.

Responsibilities:
• Pick up and drop off vehicles
• Pick up automotive parts from local suppliers
• Take vehicles to repair shops, body shops, smog, alignment, tire shops, etc.
• Help coordinate vehicles going through repairs
• Move and organize vehicles on the dealership lot
• Take vehicles for washes/detailing and make sure they are ready for sale
• Check vehicles when they come back from repair/detail
• Help with vehicle deliveries and pickups
• Make DMV, bank, post office, and other business-related runs
• Help receive vehicles and parts
• Take vehicle photos when needed
• Keep the dealership, lot, and vehicles organized
• Assist management with miscellaneous dealership tasks and daily operations

Requirements:
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Must be comfortable driving different types of vehicles
• Reliable and punctual
• Responsible with vehicles, keys, paperwork, and money
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of cars is strongly preferred
• Must have a smartphone
• Must be willing to stay busy and handle different tasks throughout the day
• Automotive/dealership experience is a plus but not required

Schedule:
Full-Time

Pay:
Based on experience.

We are looking for someone long-term who is dependable, works efficiently, and doesn't need to be constantly supervised.
