Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA-C) to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in occupational medicine, workplace injury management, and preventive care for employees across a wide range of industries.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting pre-employment physicals, DOT exams, and return-to-work evaluations
  
  
• Evaluating and managing work-related injuries and illnesses
  
  
• Performing minor procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting, wound care)
  
  
• Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and employers for continuity of care
  
  
• Documenting clinical findings accurately and timely in EMR
  
  
• Supporting wellness initiatives and preventive care programs
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current and valid PA-C license in California
  
  
• BLS/CPR certification (ACLS a plus)
  
  
• Previous experience in Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, or Primary Care preferred
  
  
• Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and time management skills
  
  
• DOT certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
