Location: Gilroy, CA 95020
Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Schedule: Full-Time | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Setting: On-Site | 4 School Sites

A school district in Gilroy, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the 2026/2027 school year. This full-time opportunity supports multiple school sites and includes supervision of RBTs across the district.

Position Details:

Full-time schedule
8:00 AM–4:00 PM
ASAP through June 11, 2027
Caseload includes 4 school sites
Manage and supervise 1–2 RBTs
Provide behavioral support across assigned school sites
Collaborate with school teams and support student behavioral needs

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification required
Experience supervising RBTs preferred
Ability to work across 4 school sites
School-based experience preferred
