We are a non-medical home care company providing compassionate, personalized support that helps clients live independently and comfortably at home. We are seeking dependable, caring Caregivers to serve clients in Ramona.

Our clients range in age from infants to older adults. Many are older adults or individuals living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease; we also support individuals with special needs, including autism.

What you’ll do

• Provide companionship, conversation, and social engagement

• Provide non-medical personal care and support with activities of daily living

• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and medication reminders

• Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping and errands

• Perform light housekeeping

• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members

• Arrive on time and provide reliable, consistent care

• Help clients maintain independence, comfort, and dignity at home

What we’re looking for

Required:

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience

• Valid driver’s license

• Authorization to work in the United States

• Compassionate, respectful, and dependable approach to care

• Strong communication skills

Preferred or willing to obtain with our support:

• Current registration with the California Home Care Aide Registry

• Current TB test clearance

• Current CPR certification

• Additional language skills, including Tagalog

Schedule

• Part-time opportunities

• Day, night, and overnight shifts may be available

• Flexible scheduling, with opportunities to be matched with clients near you

• Overtime may be available

Pay and benefits

• $19.00–$21.00 per hour, based on qualifications
