Connect Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a pipe manufacturer in Stanton, CA. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $20.00–$25.00/hr, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. In this role, you will process customer quotes and orders in ERP and CRM systems, communicate with customers about order status and sales opportunities, and support the sales team in an office environment. This is a stable weekday schedule with no weekends.

Responsibilities
- Enter and manage customer quotes, proposals, and orders accurately in ERP and CRM systems.
- Verify that customer-approved quotes are signed and accompanied by company terms and conditions before processing orders.
- Document all customer communications and follow-ups within the CRM system.
- Learn and apply knowledge of fabricated ductile iron and pump product components, coatings, specifications, and industry standards to support accurate order processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and sales staff to provide customers with timely status updates on orders and projects.
- Review pipe measurements and product specifications to ensure orders meet customer requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service or sales support experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
- Experience using CRM software (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Background in manufacturing, industrial products, or a technical product environment.
- Familiarity with reading or interpreting product specifications, measurements, or technical drawings.
