Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour on w2 (without benefit)
Shift: 1st and 2nd shift (Both shift available)

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable Machine Operator to operate production machinery, inspect products for quality, and package finished products according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities

Operate machines to ensure product quality and proper packaging.

Make basic machine adjustments as needed.

Inspect products and remove defective items from the production line.

Package finished products, seal boxes, and place them on the conveyor.

Complete production paperwork accurately and on time.

Report machine malfunctions to the supervisor or senior operator.

Load machine materials and replenish packaging supplies as needed.

Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Requirements

High school diploma or GED.

Basic math and mechanical skills.

Ability to read, write, and understand basic English.

Ability to follow safety procedures and production instructions.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Reliable attendance.
Physical Requirements

Stand and walk throughout the shift.

Frequently lift, push, or pull 20–40 lbs.

Perform bending, reaching, stooping, and kneeling.

Occasionally lift materials overhead.
Work Environment

Manufacturing environment with continuous machinery noise.

Paper dust and changing temperatures may be present.

Safety glasses and hearing protection are required.
Note: The position may require shifts of up to 12 hours depending on production needs.
