About the Position

Bital Services Inc. is hiring a mid-level Automotive 12V Installation Technician to install and service GPS trackers, dashcams, AI cameras, and related fleet technology in commercial vehicles.

This is a mobile field position working at customer locations and fleet yards. For this opening, applicants must be based in the Los Angeles area, outside the San Fernando Valley, to support assigned routes.

If you have experience installing car audio, alarms, backup cameras, remote starts, or other hardwired automotive electronics, your skills may transfer well to this role.

We provide training on our specific products, installation standards, documentation, testing, and customer site procedures. Candidates must already be comfortable working on vehicles with tools and basic 12V wiring. This is a mid-level position requiring prior hands-on installation experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Install and service GPS trackers, dashcams, AI cameras, and related fleet technology.
  • Work on cars, vans, trucks, and commercial fleet vehicles.
  • Identify appropriate power and ground connections.
  • Remove and reinstall interior panels carefully.
  • Route and secure wiring neatly, mount equipment, and test completed installations.
  • Troubleshoot basic wiring, installation, and equipment issues.
  • Take clear installation photos and submit completion documentation.
  • Follow company-planned routes and communicate with scheduling staff.
  • Start from home in a company-provided vehicle.
  • Work independently after onboarding and alongside other installers when needed.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and respect their vehicles, equipment, and property.


Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Prior hands-on experience installing automotive electronics or hardwired 12V equipment.
  • Understanding of basic vehicle wiring, clean wire routing, mounting, and testing.
  • Familiarity with a multimeter and basic automotive electrical troubleshooting.
  • Confidence using hand tools and removing vehicle interior panels.
  • Ability to describe installations you have personally completed.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and installation standards.
  • Ability to work independently after onboarding.
  • Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and professional communication.
  • Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
  • Residence in the Los Angeles area, outside the San Fernando Valley.
  • Availability to work the schedule and travel throughout the coverage area described below.

General mechanical experience is helpful, but candidates must also demonstrate practical automotive wiring and electronics installation skills

Schedule

  • Normal schedule: Tuesday through Saturday.
  • Saturday availability is required.
  • Normal days off: Sunday and Monday.
  • Days off may occasionally vary based on customer demand, project requirements, travel, and business needs.
  • Must be available to start assigned routes between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

  • Starting pay of $175–$200 per day, based on demonstrated experience, technical ability, and readiness to work independently.

Driving, Background Check, and Customer Site Requirements

This position requires driving a company vehicle, working independently at customer locations, accessing customer vehicles and equipment, handling installation tools, and occasionally working at restricted or non-public job sites.

Employment is subject to applicable driving-record, company vehicle insurance, and job-related background-check requirements.

Work Location

On the road at customer locations, with company-planned routes and a start-from-home structure.

Primary coverage includes Los Angeles County, Riverside, San Bernardino, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, the Inland Empire, and surrounding areas.

For this opening, applicants must be based in the Los Angeles area. Candidates must be willing to travel throughout the coverage area in a company-provided vehicle.
