Key Duties for Assembler | Manufacturing:
- Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and equipment per specifications
- Inspect parts and materials to ensure quality before and during assembly
- Safely operate tools including drills, saws, and measuring devices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Meet daily production and quality standards
- Report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to management
- Assist with packaging and additional production tasks as needed
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Assembler | Manufacturing:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous assembly, Quality Control, Packing or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods and entire shifts
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, reach, and grasp
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
