Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team in Fresno, CA. In this position, you will play a critical role in our warehouse operations by locating, selecting, and preparing inventory for customer orders. You will be key to ensuring order accuracy, timely fulfillment, and smooth day-to-day distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Locate, pick, and pull merchandise accurately from warehouse shelves and racks based on order pick lists.
- Utilize handheld devices, such as RF scanners, to track inventory movements and confirm picked items.
- Inspect items for damage or quality issues prior to packing.
- Transport pulled materials to packing or shipping stations using manual or powered warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks).
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with basic inventory counts and stock restocking as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages throughout the entire shift.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
