Our growing dental practice in Poway, CA is looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our patient-focused team.

About the Position
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play an important role in helping our patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health. You'll work closely with the doctors and hygiene team to identify periodontal needs, provide individualized care, and educate patients on maintaining a healthy smile.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and create a comfortable, positive experience
- Perform comprehensive oral screenings and periodontal assessments
- Identify gingivitis, periodontal disease, and other oral health conditions
- Provide appropriate preventive and periodontal hygiene treatment
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and disease prevention
- Build strong, long-term relationships with patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Follow sterilization, OSHA, and infection control protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment
Qualifications
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Diploma or degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Active California Dental Hygiene License
- Valid CPR certification
- Basic knowledge of dental practice management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Professional, caring, and positive personality
