Key Responsibilities
- Assist electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
- Help install electrical wiring, conduits, panels, and other electrical components.
- Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for daily electrical tasks.
- Assist with basic electrical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Follow electrical blueprints, diagrams, and instructions provided by supervisors.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow OSHA safety regulations and company procedures.
- Support electricians and maintenance teams with daily assignments.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Electrician Helper or in an industrial or construction environment preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and tools.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under the supervision of experienced electricians.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and electrical equipment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
