What You'll Be Doing
As a Data Analytics Engineer at Luminas Advisors, you'll play a key role in empowering our clients with data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Developing and optimizing data models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyzing large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security across all projects.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our analytics capabilities.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.
- Expertise in tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- A problem-solving mindset with excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
