Job Summary (List Format):
\n - Position: Outpatient Pediatric Physical Therapist (PEDs PT)
\n - Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital (212 staffed beds)
\n - Location: Local radius is 50 miles (contact AM for local rate)
\n - Start Date: ASAP
\n - Contract Length: 13-26 weeks (option)
\n - Shift: 5x8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, between 0730 and 1800 (mainly 0930-1800)
\n - Schedule: No weekends, block scheduling not specified but M-F schedule provided
\n - Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of pediatric PT experience (required, no exceptions)
\n - First-Timers: Accepted
\n - Independence: Will be working independently
\n - On-call Requirement: None
\n - Floating Requirement: None
\n - Certifications Required: BLS and California PT license (pending license NOT accepted)
\n - Charting System: Epic
\n - Scrub Color: Navy blue for RNs
\n - Parking: Free
\n - Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off 1 shift every 2 weeks
\n - RTO (Requested Time Off): Must be submitted at time of application; approval based on facility needs
