Compensation: RDA $27–$32/hr | DA $22–$26/hr
Schedule: Weekdays Only – No Weekends
About Us:
We are a growing, privately owned dental practice in Discovery Bay looking for a skilled, dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Dental Assistant (DA) to join our friendly, supportive team.

What You'll Do:
- Assist the dentist with general, restorative, surgical, and implant procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures
- Take digital X-rays, intraoral scans, and clinical photographs
- Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft
- Follow sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols
- Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for
- Work collaboratively with the clinical and front-office teams to keep the day running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
- Dental assisting experience a plus. We can train the right candidate.
- California X-ray certification
- Coronal Polishing Certificate (for applicable duties)
- Strong chairside assisting and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to anticipate the dentist's needs and work efficiently
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- A team player who takes pride in delivering high-quality care
