Clinical Research Coordinator – Santa Monica, CA
Pay: $45/hr
Location: Santa Monica, CA
Contract: 13 weeks (Temp-to-Perm opportunity)
Start Date: November 30, 2026
Schedule: 5x8-hour day shifts (8 AM–5 PM)
Hours: 40 hours/week
Work Arrangement: Hybrid may be available.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience involving direct patient management.
- Patient-facing clinical trial coordination experience is required.
- At least 2 years of coordinator-level experience managing patients in a clinical research setting preferred.
- Neurological research experience is a plus (Stroke, Alzheimer's, MS, Parkinson's).
- Epic experience is mandatory.
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, MS Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Device trials and data-only research experience will not be accepted.
Additional Information:
- Spanish or Korean language skills are a plus.
- Candidates living within a 30-minute commute of Santa Monica are preferred due to traffic.
