After-School Paraprofessional – School-Based | Redding, CA

ProCare Therapy is seeking an experienced After-School Paraprofessional for a school-based opportunity in Redding, California. This position is a great fit for a candidate who enjoys working directly with students and has professional experience supporting behavioral, academic, and developmental needs in a school environment.

The Paraprofessional will work alongside teachers and other school professionals to provide student support during the after-school program.

Position Details:

After-school Paraprofessional position
Location: Redding, CA
School-based setting
Provide direct support to students
Assist with behavioral and safety needs
Collaborate with teachers and other school staff
Support students with participation, routines, and activities during the after-school program

Requirements:

Minimum of one year of professional, in-school experience
Behavior safety training is required
Previous experience providing behavioral and/or special education support preferred
Ability to work effectively with students and school staff
Strong communication and student-support skills
