Due to an immediate opening, we are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly organized Wedding & Events Manager to join our team right away. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned event professional who can step in quickly, build strong client relationships, and deliver unforgettable wedding and event experiences.

Position Overview
As our Wedding & Events Manager, you will oversee every aspect of the client journey, including venue tours, event sales, planning, vendor coordination, and day-of event management. You will be the primary point of contact for our couples and clients while working closely with our winery, catering, and operations teams to ensure flawless execution.
Responsibilities
Sales & Booking
- Conduct venue tours and convert qualified leads into booked events.
- Respond quickly to inquiries and maintain exceptional communication.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, timelines, and planning documents.
- Meet established booking and revenue goals.
Event Planning
- Guide couples and clients through every phase of planning.
- Coordinate vendors, timelines, layouts, rentals, and logistics.
- Conduct final planning meetings and wedding rehearsals.
- Ensure every detail is communicated accurately to venue staff.
Event Execution
- Serve as the venue manager during weddings and special events.
- Oversee setup, vendor arrivals, guest experience, and event flow.
- Resolve issues professionally and proactively.
- Ensure every event exceeds client expectations.
Operations
- Maintain event calendars and planning systems.
- Participate in venue marketing events, open houses, and bridal shows.
- Recommend improvements that enhance the client experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
Required:
- Minimum 3 years of wedding or event management experience.
- Proven experience planning and managing weddings.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong sales and customer service background.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
- Winery, hotel, country club, catering, or event venue experience.
- Experience with Tripleseat or similar event management software.
