Job Description

Exciting opportunity to work with boutique performing arts non-profit. Design, produce and schedule blast emails, set up and maintain digital shopping cart, and manage website updates for an annual series of site-specific chamber music concerts plus some additional donor and community events. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, inspired and motivated by good music-making, building a community through music and pushing their creativity to the next level with beautiful designs for a highly aesthetic product. Perfect part-time contract work for experienced online media designer or a motivated newer designer seeking to build a portfolio. Salary commensurate with experience. This is remote work, so designer must have own equipment, software and wifi. Concerts are September to June, once or twice per month, approximately 16 events at 8-12 different locations across the Monterey Peninsula.

Before packed audiences, each of our concerts is a window onto a musical world... a new story told through music by emerging and established artists whose enthusiasm and passion are both infectious and endearing. In our upcoming season, we continue to expand our reach with a new series and more community concerts. We want to give our community more access to the music, musicians, people and places that lift our spirits and energize us to live and create.

Our audiences consist of everyone from 3 year-olds and teenagers, to 90 year-olds; people that dabble in music and people that have never set foot in a concert hall before. Those who are intimidated or even bored by classical music have changed their mind within the first 15 minutes... this is not your grandmother’s concert series, and we’re thrilled to share it with you!

Founded in 2020, Sunkiss’d Mozart’s presents our trademark programming served Omakase style, meaning "chef's choice." Our world class musicians prepare unique selections for each concert that are not announced in advance. Audiences come to the concerts, staged in non-traditional settings, to be surprised and delighted by this feast for the senses.
