Location: Remote (anywhere in the U.S.), with a monthly in-person business review in Houston, TX or Los Angeles, CA

Key Responsibilities
\n
• Develop new business with U.S. importers, distributors, retailers, and e-commerce sellers,
\n
focusing on Asia (including Southeast Asia) to U.S. import shipments
\n
• Leverage and grow an existing book of business to meet and exceed monthly and annual
\n
revenue targets
\n
• Sell integrated import solutions, including ocean freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, customs
\n
brokerage, drayage, warehousing, and inventory distribution to U.S. warehouses and
\n
retail/Amazon FBA channels
\n
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision makers in supply chain,
\n
procurement, and operations
\n
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements, and negotiate pricing and contract terms
\n
• Work closely with overseas offices, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and client satisfaction
\n
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and carrier rate changes to identify new opportunities
\n
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records in CRM, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts
\n
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings Required Qualifications
\n
• 5+ years of sales experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or NVOCC
\n
• An established U.S. client base with the ability to bring in business within the first 3 to 6 months
\n
• Proven track record in import logistics, especially Asia and Southeast Asia to U.S. trade lanes
\n
• Solid understanding of the full import process, including Incoterms, ISF, customs clearance, drayage, and domestic distribution
\n
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
\n
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
\n
• Self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision
\n
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience
\n
• Authorized to work in the United States
\n
• Willing to travel for client visits as needed, and to Houston, TX or Los Angeles, CA once a month for business reviews
\n
\n
Preferred Qualifications
\n
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese
\n
• Established network in the Houston and Gulf Coast market (petrochemical, industrial, retail, or consumer goods sectors)
\n
• Client relationships in retail, new energy, or recycling industries
\n
• Experience working with Asian-based freight forwarders
\n
• Experience with e-commerce logistics, including Amazon FBA and retail distribution center deliveries
\n
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and logistics TMS systems
\n
