NOW HIRING: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team at an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). In this role, you will provide personalized daily care and support to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities ranging in age from toddlers (1.5+ years old) to adults up to age 50.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individualized hands-on care and daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility) tailored to developmental abilities.

Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment for pediatric, adolescent, and adult residents.

Assist in implementing individualized care plans adhering to state and ICF-specific guidelines and regulations.

Support residents in social, recreational, and skill-building daily activities.

Observe and document care, vital signs, and daily behavioral/physical updates in medical records.

Collaborate closely with facility nursing staff, interdisciplinary care teams, and families.
Qualifications & Requirements

Active State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing in California.

Current CPR/BLS Certification.

Passion for working with individuals with physical, developmental, or intellectual disabilities.

Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and strong communication skills when caring for a diverse age demographic (1.5–50 years old).

Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
Schedule & Benefits

Pay Rate: $21.00 / hour
